Our fees are typically structured as a combination of a fixed rate design fee, an hourly rate for design management and a percentage of the project’s procurement budget if you appoint us for the full turnkey service. This structure ensures transparency and flexibility and will be tailored to suit your requirements.

Additional costs could include design management, site visits, procurement, design amendments or add ons outside of the original scope. We will outline all expected expenses upfront in our detailed fee proposal to avoid surprises.
The cost of all materials, fittings, furniture, accessories and artwork are all in addition to the design fee.
