We worked alongside our property developer client to completely refurbish this townhouse property. The building was taken back to brick so that all services could be upgraded. The layout was also reconfigured to create a light filled study and carving out space for a new ensuite shower-room. The downstairs kitchen was opened up with new french doors and we reintroduced cornices to give the property back some of its original charm.
